How can you act free with big government down your neck? To the extreme, it's hard to "act free" sitting in a jail cell. Voting (when there are actually decent people running) is a great way of preventing such a situation. So yeah, I side with Penn on this one, I'm voting, sorry if that apparently pisses you off. I respect your choice not to.
I'm not pissed off, and am unsure why you think I am. I just disagree with you. I do not think that any change will happen by voting, and that is supported by history. Governments always grow. Voting does nothing but make them grow bigger, by further validating the system. Ron Paul can't save us, even if he was voted in. The constitution can't save us either. You can only save yourself, and by doing so, prove to others that living a voluntary life is possible. Any sort of political action is an illusion to keep us from doing what really needs to be done: work on our own lives, and spread freedom by living it.
