On the January 4, 2006 radio show, Penn mentioned this appearance - specifically how his father was upset with him for "walking like a farmer" onto the stage.
Penn informs the audience that if they sit though a recap of the Creative Arts awards, they'll be rewarded with a washing machine dropped on Teller. "This isn't a magic trick. We're just going to kill him."
