The one EvilN8 posted looks pretty legit to me.

Also, apparently Mohammed apears in the opening sequence of the previous couple of shows as well. I tried stepping through it frame by frame, but I couldn't find him.

 Re:south park creators skewer own network - 2006/04/14 15:53 CC did admit in several statments that they did indeed censor the episode. I am very doubtfull that this is it however that this it it.

First it is the SP version of Mohammed not a Sp version of a Family guy version.

Second the part where peter says "wow a salmon helmet, thanks" was aired but Mohammed wasn't in the shot.

third the animation on Mohammed looks mre like 2nd season SP than 10th. However this could be something that Matt and Trey just put together really quickly to release online

Also one extra little bit to look for in the show is when trying to convince the Fox president to air the show, Kyle says, "Yes, people can get hurt. That's how terrorism works. But if you give in to that, Doug, you're allowing terrorism to work." The current president of Entertainment for the Fox Broadcasting Company is named Peter Liguori. The name "Doug" is presumably a veiled reference to Comedy Central's president Doug Herzog, who also previously served as president of Fox TV Entertainment from 1998-1999.

So they were Directally addressing CC's president telling him not to pull the Mohammed clip

Aha, I was wondering wear the "Doug" came from, because I hadn't heard it earlier in the episode.

And I found him in the credits, thanks for the help, too bad my copy is so pixelated...
