Penn must be livid that his magician friend Criss is going to be in the same room with Uri Geller.

Re:What the Hell? Uri Geller/Criss Angel 'Phenomenon' - 2007/10/12 15:53 Geller is billing as a "mentalist" now instead of a psychic.

Could it be that he has been cured of his rectal/cranial inversion?

Re:What the Hell? Uri Geller/Criss Angel 'Phenomenon' - 2007/10/12 18:50 In addition to its two-hour Halloween broadcast on Wednesday, October 31, NBC will broadcast each of Phenomenon's one-hour episodes live and also implore home viewers to try and debunk the contestants' tricks.
What do you want to bet that James Randi and his team are writing e-mails right now? I'll probably watch this. I'm a sucker for magic tricks. I really hope they have Randi or Penn on as a guest.

Re:What the Hell? Uri Geller/Criss Angel 'Phenomenon' - 2007/11/02 00:18 HAHAHAHA, "ideological bigot"! That was fucking great, thanks man. I am so glad Criss did that. I have always questioned why Criss is not more honest about his show being purely entertainment... but I do like the idea that he uses religion and superstition to his own ends...

Re:What the Hell? Uri Geller/Criss Angel 'Phenomenon' - 2007/11/25 05:21 wow a lot of people out there have been calling Criss a hypocrite for trying to discredit a psychic but playing up his own skills as supernatural. I guess they haven't heard he openly admits he is a skeptic outside of his tv show.

Re:What the Hell? Uri Geller/Criss Angel 'Phenomenon' - 2007/11/26 14:09 Perhaps, but keep in mind I've heard James Van Praagh claim to be a skeptic as well. But Criss has been on Penn's show, and Penn wouldn't have invited him if he thought Criss were really promoting himself as a godman.
