Edit: I just double-checked, and DKO's torrent includes only 288 of the 291 shows. It's missing July 6, 2006 ("Presidents and Pot"); November 17, 2006 ("Ask Layperson Penn/Playstation 3"); and March 2, 2007 (the final show). I don't believe that any of them are duplicates.

Congrats on getting a 360! I just bought mine about a month ago and I love it. Be sure to get Xbox Live if you're into multiplayer (but Bioshock won't have multi - they're focusing on the singleplayer). Check out the latest video:
