JoMadge posted this in our forums..
"In 1982 Penn was hired by Ralph Records to sit alone in a motel room for six days and play records that were delivered to him each morning, then record his impressions on tape.
The results of the experiment have been edited down to a little over an hour, and can be listened to here (click where it says "Play Full Tape"). He sounds so different, I wouldn't have recognized it as Penn (neither would his wife, according to the interview)! Really interesting to hear how his voice and style of speaking has changed over the years."

Emily Jillette gave birth to a a baby boy, Zolten, on May 22nd at around 5pm. Zolten was born without complications and weighs 8 pounds and 13 ounces. "Zolten is a common Hungarian name, it's my wife's maiden name and most importantly, it's the name of Dracula's dog," said Penn Jillette. Penn and Emily's daughter, Moxie Crimefighter, celebrates her first birthday on June 03.
If you want to congratulate Emily and Penn you can donate to the James Randi Educational Foundation in Penn, Moxie, Emily and Zolten's name.

Margaret Downey sent me a few copies of The Greater Philadelphia Story. The Greater Philadelphia Story is a bi-monthly newsletter published by the Freethought Society of Greater Philadelphia.
The 2005 January/February newsletter has a few pictures of Penn, Emily and Teller with Margaret at The Amazing Meeting 3 (on page 9).
In the 2005 July/August newsletter both Penn and Teller write about receving the 2005 Richard Dawkins award.
The January/February newsletter from this year contains the complete text of Penn Jillette's This I Believe - There is no God. And a silent auction for a golden bible autographed by P&T (see page 5).
Download the newsletters using the links above or from the FSGP newsletter archive here.
